This is scheduled service, so a call with some notice gets you the best choice of times. If your rig is heading into winter and you already suspect something is off, that's the call to make in October rather than January.

If you live in your rig

Plenty of RVs in this part of the state aren't weekend campers — they're somebody's house, in use through the whole year. That changes what a breakdown means. A furnace that quits in a campground is a rough night; a furnace that quits in a rig you're living in through a northwest North Dakota winter is a burst-pipe problem and a safety problem at the same time.
