I had an unfortunate issue where our awning collapsed completely from excessive rain while staying at Winchester Bay RV Park. It was laying against the side of the RV with one side of arms snapped off and other side bent badly. It was in a state that couldn’t be salvaged unfortunately and I had to travel all the way back to Nevada still. I researched my options and found Cory’s Mobile RV Service which sound like the best option. He was local in Reedsport about 15 minutes away and had solid reviews. I tried calling and had some issues with the phone not ringing but I decided to text and he responded almost immediately to that. He explained he was already in the park dealing with another individual who had the same thing happen to them and that he was just wrapping things up and could be over shortly to take a look for me. He arrived quickly and after assessment that awning couldn’t be salvaged he decided best to cut it off and secure support arms for me. He also hauled off the support beam and folded up awning since I had no way of doing so. Charged me a very fair price and was an overall knowledgeable and professional tech that I wouldn’t hesitate to use once again or recommend to anyone in the area. He was even nice enough to send an invoice after I failed to get one so I could submit to my insurance company. Thumbs up all around

We didn't have the opportunity to use Cory for a repair because someone accidently gave us his number, not realizing it was the wrong business based in ND. We are located in Canada. We wanted to leave a review based on the fact that we were promptly answered and he even offered to take a phone call to try and help us through the issue we were having with our water heater in our RV. Not very often people are willing to go above and beyond now a days.

Came out to check our AC unit and had it replaced and working promptly! Did a great job and worked around our work schedule!

Our furnace stopped working this October. Cory came out and knew exactly what was wrong, had the part with him, changed it out and we had heat again. He was awesome and price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend.

Bad scenario - AC unit needed replacement in the middle of summer heat. Set up the appointment, he arrived a little early and just over an hour later, the new unit was installed and working. Felt his labor charges and disposal fees were reasonable

We full time travel in our Class A Diesel Motorhome. We had 2 of 3 AC units go out. Cory traveled to us to help troubleshoot and then eventually fixing the unit once parts arrived. Both motors went out on the Dometic units. Great communication, prices, and repair.

Fridge quit just outside of Bismarck North Dakota got ahold of Cory on Saturday afternoon came out Sunday at noon got it fixed right away Great service very nice guy Very reasonable rates 👍

On 10/06/21, our main slide-out quit working while we were at Theodore Roosevelt NP in Medora, ND. We found Cory's Mobile RV Service on Google, and gave him a call based on positive reviews. He scheduled us the next day and came from Bismarck, ND (about 100 miles away. He quickly reviewed our current issues (incorrect jumper cable for house battery), and ruled out a few components and diagnose the problem with the slide-out relay switch. It would take several days to order the parts, so we decided to order online once we got to Rapid City, SD. Cory was able to hardwire the slide-out motor, and reverse it back into place, and reconnect the wire so that the brakes would keep the slide-out from moving out during transport. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and I learned a few tricks from him. I highly recommend Cory for any of your RV needs.

Highly recommend you call Cory if traveling through Bismark and need service on your RV. He squeezed me in on a busy day, diagnosed the problem on my fridge and didn't have the part, but showed me how to light the gas on it from the outside. His service time charge was very reasonable. Since I now know what part to order I can get it fixed someplace while I'm traveling. Thanks Cory.

Cory came to our campsite exactly when promised, and promptly diagnosed our issue. He fixed it quickly and even installed a new water pump per our request. When it seemed to be running oddly, he came by in the morning and put in a new one (for no charge). Super efficient, friendly, and responsive! He saved our bacon!! Wish we could clone him for our hometown 😊

I texted Cory at 8am asking him to come out that day to take a look at an electrical issue that cut off power to our furnace, stove and light. He fit us in for that afternoon and kept in contact. He's professional and quick.

After damaging our left rear landing gear Cory came out and accessed the damage and removed the landing gear. He then took it upon himself to call several places that possibly could repair it as it was beyond his tool set. We took it the recommended alignment shop that he had called, and they were able to make the repair same day. If your in the Bismarck ND area and are in need of help, he's your guy.

Corey has an excellent work ethic. 95 mph winds destroyed my old antenna. I bought a new antenna. Corey kept in touch working out a time that worked for both of us to install new antenna. Roof is getting soft, so install needed some quick thinking and ingenuity. Very happy with antenna and work completed. Pursuing excellence is not a one time job; it is a way of life.

The water heater on our Minnie Winnie went out. I called Corey. He was out of town but said he would stop by on his way into town. He took a look and immediately diagnosed the problem. Next day had the part and installed it. Great service.
